Cancellation
and No Show Policy
Confirmed bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival
and No show will be subject to a cancellation charge
equivalent to a minimum of one night room rate.
Check in / Check out Policy
Room will be available for check in at 15.00 hrs
and check out time is 12.00 hrs (noon). Late departure
after 12.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs if available will be
charged at 50% of the rate or full charge after
18.00 hrs. Early arrivals before 15.00 hrs should
be reserved from the day before to guarantee availability
on arrival.
